Author Guidelines

Guidelines for Paper Submission
This journal publishes Manuscripts, Research papers, General articles, Case studies, Analysis and short communications containing original research work of good standard and review articles of contemporary relevance. The Following areas of contributions in the field of all the E-Commerce, E-banking, Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, HRM, Supply Chain Management, Cooperatives, Economics, Governance and Development, Law Management, Social Sciences, Commerce, International Business and Rural Development are considered for the publication. This journal publishes Manuscripts, Research papers, General articles, Case studies, Analysis and short communications containing original research work of good standard and review Articles of contemporary relevance.
  1. Research Papers/Articles./Case studies-(full length maximum- 12 – 14 pages-A/4-size and Abstract maximum 150-200 words with maximum-8-10 key words(12 font-italic in TNR style)
  2.  Case studies- Companies, Firms, Industries etc.(small and large scale)
  3. Book Review of recent Publications
We publish latest innovations in Industries/Business, Recent Researches in Management, Commerce, Economics, Applied Economics, Finance, Marketing, HR, Banking, ecommerce, e-banking, etc.
All the matters and information should be submitted by e-mail. Soft copy format should be in MS word with attachment file format only. Charts, Tables and Diagrams should be in Ms Excel or MS word and Images should be in JPG format.
Full length Research Papers should be in divided as follows,
a . Main Title of the Paper should be in 14 font with bold –TNR font style).
b. Author(s) name with institution address and email.
c. Abstract in italic style with 12 font and single space.
d. Key words maximum 8-10 at bottom of the abstract.
e. Each Research Paper/ /Cases must be having from Introduction to  Conclusion including the following contents which is as given below,
i. Concept/meaning and definitions (depending upon the papers)
ii. Methods
iii. Discussions
iv. Analysis
V. Statistical Approach
vi. Tables, Charts, Figures, diagram, etc.
vii. Results and Findings.
References must be in separate sheets and typed in the following order The American Psychological Association (APA) style will be adopted for purposes of referencing (author’s name, year of publication in parentheses in the text) and all citations should be listed alphabetically by author after the body of the text.

Journal Article
Kanungo, R.N. & Misra, S. (1982). Managerial Resourcefulness: A re-conceptualization of management skills. Human Relations, 45: 1311-31. References must be serially numbered and should be arranged alphabetically by surname or by year. References must be quoted in the text as numerals at the end of the sentence.
The manuscript should be submitted in duplicate printed on one side of A4 size paper in 1.5 line spacing. Times New Roman 12 size font shall be used. The paper should have 1” margin on all four sides.
Along with hard copy, a soft copy of the research paper in MS Word should be submitted through e-mail (mail id info@thaavan.com). Charts, Tables and Diagrams should be in Ms Excel or MS word and Images should be in JPG format.
The manuscripts should be submitted strictly in accordance with above guidelines.
Status of the Received Papers
a. Contributors whose contributions are accepted or accepted after modifications will be informed by e-mail only.
b. Manuscripts not considered for publication will not be sent back to Authors. However they would be informed through e-mail a non-acceptance for publication
Copyright
Wherever copyrighted material is used, the authors should be accurate in reproduction and obtain permission from copyright holders, if necessary. Papers published in CLEAR, THAVAN, and KKIMRC Journals should not be reproduced or reprinted in any form, either in full or in part, without prior written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.

After receipt of research paper of all Authors will be sent to two or three experts, if the experts approve the paper, then it will be published. The Decision of experts regarding acceptance will be finalized and Editor and Editorial Board reserve the right to condense the paper.
